WARRANTY

 

RETURN POLICY:

 

Now within 3 days of the order the item maybe returned to our Warehouse Center

for a credit / Refund / Exchange.  The Return Policy will be included with your order.

An (RTN) Return Transaction Number will be included with your order. Buyer Pays

Shipping. All Sales are final. Most Refunds, will be issued in Merchandise Credit.

Unless otherwise Stated on auction or sale sheet, or advertisement sheet

If the item is defective within 3 days of the order the item maybe

returned to our Warehouse Center for a credit. 3 DAY return means within 3 days

of receiving the item, the buyer must get an (RTN) Return Transaction Number.

Return Policy will be included with your order. Buyer Pays Shipping on

purchases and returns unless noted otherwise on item purchasing profile.

All Sales are final. Refunds will only be made on product, there is no refunds

on shipping and handling. Return warranty is in effect from the date of item

delivered to destination. Exclusive warranties are given with each auction.

If no exclusive warranty is noted at auction then all items will be held within the 3

day warranty. Because of the Direct Wholesale Market the warranties differ that

of a regular retail store. All products at NATIONAL GLOBAL STORE, are tested

at our facilities guarantees are noted on auctions. Please keep in mind that some

items undergo tests while others will be noted that had not undergone any testing.

All items are video recorded at our testing facility and are video record kept to show

Its functionality.

 

CREDITS

 

Credit will be issued in the form of Merchandise Credit and will be valid for

12 months from the date of issue. Merchandise credit can be redeemed after

an auction has been won by buyer, the merchandise credit number will have

to be submitted at payment to NATIONAL GLOBAL STORE and we will credit that sale

to merchandise credit amount. As a customer of National Global Store you will be

created a credit account with National Global Store, that will keep record of all

your various credits. All credits will have a Credit Refund Number (CRN) number

will keep record of what item the credit corresponds to.

 

RESTOCK FEES

 

Some items will incur a restock fees, restock fees will be 15%. Restock fees

are only valid on individual warranties that are stated on specific items. If not stated

as Re-stock Fee applies, then no restock fee is assessed.

 

CLOTHING

 

Clothing is noted on the auctions the condition of. Clothing has an AS-IS warranty

Which means National Global Store is not responsible for warranty based on

Customer not liking the clothes. All sales final on clothes. All clothes have been

Examined and tested prior to shipping.

 

VHS TAPES

 

Tapes are in tested on 2 devices to offer compatibility and working confirmation. Status of state of, good, working, fair, excellent condition will be noted on sale sheet.

 

DVDS

 

Dvds will be shipped in as is status or brand new if noted

 

Games

 

All games are tested and examined unless otherwise stated on aution or sale slip.
